I don't have Photoshop so this is done on Paint.Net.
Anyone can teach me how to put in a speak-out cloud(or whatever you call it?)

I have a primitive way of doing this... which sometimes can be the fastest: Go to microsoft powerpoint, paste in the picture, add whatever dialogue cloud and words you want, group the whole thing, then save as picture. Done!
thought i should be clearer :p right click on the grouped item, and select save as picture.
